5-points-method - beliefs

Negative beliefs in different areas of life cause resistance in the development of a child's / teeanger's potential. "I can't do math", "I can't speak English" are typical beliefs that are anchored in our heads from elementary school. The 5 points-method allows the child/teenager to challenge these beliefs and replace them with new ones in order to look at issues with a positive energy and increased self-estime. Parents can always anchor themselves to these beliefs for other topics in order to efficiently accompany the child / teenager through the first steps towards  "Becoming an adult".
